We offer standard tracked shipping within Australia.

Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 AUD

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery is deemed complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, Oréa D’Or Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control. While we are happy to assist with tracking enquiries, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or outcomes once the parcel is in the carrier’s possession.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Oréa D’Or Lashes is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, including deliveries left in a safe place or unattended locations. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery address.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Oréa D’Or Lashes is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
