Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oreadorlashes.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue so we can assess the claim. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reactions, sensitivities, allergic responses, or adverse effects resulting from individual use, failure to perform a patch test, or failure to follow usage instructions.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible and approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
